- 1 cup sprouted moth beans (matki)
- 1 chopped large size onion
- 1 chopped large size tomato
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon goda masala (optional)
- ½ cup grated coconut (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala

• Instruction of Recipe
Step 1: Prepare Sprouts
- Rinse sprouted moth (matki) beans and boil sprouted moth with pinch of salt.
- Drain and set side.
Step 2: Cook Masala
- Heat oil in pan, add mustard seed, cumin seed until they splutter and add chopped onion and saute.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Step 3: Add Spices
- Mix in turmeric, red chili powder and garam masala. Add tomato and cook until turn mushy.
Step 4: Cook Sprout
- Add boiled sprout in masala, mix well and cook 5-7 minute. Add water for adjust consistency.
Step 5: Prepare Kat
- Take another pan, heat oil and add red chili powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Add water and salt. Boil to create spicy curry (kat).
Step 6: Assemble Misal
- Take serving bowl, add cooked sprouts curry. Add kat on top.
Step 7: Garnish and Serve
- Add farsan, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leave. Serve hot misal with pav and lemon slice.
