- 500 gm fresh amla
- 1 litre water
- 2 tablespoon honey or jaggery (optional)

Step 2: Cut and Deseed
- Dry amla with clean cloth or towel. Slice amla into small pieces and remove the seed.

- Add sliced amla into blender. Add half cup water and blend until smooth.
Step 4: Strain Juice
- Transfer blended amla juice into soft or cotton cloth. Squeeze or press pulp to extract the juice.
Step 5: Dilute Juice
- Mix extracted juice with remaining water. Adjust juice consistency per your taste and preference.
Step 6: Add flavor (optional)
- Add and Mix honey, jaggery or black salt in juice for taste and flavour.
Step 7: Chill and Serve
